How do they work?

Smoking Wood can be used to supplement charcoal or as a primary heat source. To add smokey flavor, simply place 1-2 pieces on top of ignited charcoal to roll clean smoke.

What types of food is this made for?

Oak is a versatile wood that can be used with any type of meat or fish. Oak delivers a medium smoky flavor without overpowering — a long-lasting smoke that enhances the overall taste of ribs, chicken, salmon and more.

Pecan is a mellow cooking hardwood with a delicious aroma. Pecan delivers a mild but sweet, nutty, and rich flavor. Great for poultry and strong enough to stand up to beef, pork, and game meats.
