Steps

  1. Get your charcoal started ahead of time. This will take the full 30 min to light so you’ll want to make sure you account for this.

Pro Tip

For charcoal lighting tips, check out our getting started videos.

  1. In this recipe, we'll be utilizing leftover smoked beef belly from a precious cook. Full recipe can be found here
  2. In a large pot, heat up 2 quarts of beef broth and bring to a light boil.
  3. Once the broth is ready, add your noodles to the pot. Season to taste at this point.
  4. Add your favorite curry sauce. We used Khoi Curry No.1.
  5. Let the sauce marinate with the noodles and broth for about 10 mins.
  6. In a bowl, add your noodles, broth, beef belly, boiled egg, and cilantro to garnish.
  7. Boom! All done.
